We are now Wilson Power Solutions Ltd
Richard Wilson (Dencol) and Power & Distribution Transformers become one company
From 1st of May 2011 Richard Wilson Dencol Ltd [RWD] and Power & Distribution Transformers Ltd [PDT] have become Wilson Power Solutions.
Why did we decide to do this?
In essence, we aim to serve you better. Combining RWD's engineering expertise in the refurbished power equipment market with PDT's leading manufacturing capabilities we want to bring you better advice, better products and a better experience throughout.
What does this mean for you?
You will continue to receive the helpful advice, professional service and excellent quality you've come to expect from both RWD and PDT. Excellence, integrity and responsibility are the values that will continue to drive the business under the Wilson Power Solutions name.
How did we achieve this?
The move was accomplished in two steps:
1) RWD's trading activities were transferred to PDT
2) PDT changed its name to Wilson Power Solutions Ltd
The new company remains owned and run by the Wilson family.
